Her company Move it or Lose it has now grown nationally, with a range of fitness products including five fitness DVDs, resistance bands and everything else you need to keep fit at home. She works with organisations such as the NHS, Royal Voluntary Service, St Giles Hospice and Age UK to improve physical and mental health and create real social impact.
